Description
Made from 25% each of Orion and Phoenix and 50% Johanniter grapes grown at Bosue Vineyard. Winemaking in the traditional champagne method at the vineyard to produce an elegant sparkling wine with a touch of spice, aromatic mango fruit and a lovely structure. 11% ABV, acidity 6.3 gm/l, ph 3.33. Siver medal winner in the 2021 WineGB West annual competition.
