2008 Quality Sparkling wine. Made from Seyval Blanc grapes grown in Cornwall with a secondary fermentation to produce a fresh, crisp sparkling wine. This wine won a Silver Medal in the English and Welsh Wine of the Year Competition held in June 2011 with these tasting comments:

 "very pale green, tight bubbles. Lemon, lime, gentle yeast. Brut style, very fresh palate, brittle mousse texture, high acidity, nice green fruit, some length"

2006 Quality Sparkling wine. Made from our own Orion grapes, with a secondary fermentation in the bottle producing a crisp dry sparkling wine. Winner of a Bronze Award in the South West Vineyards Association Annual Competition in September 2010.

2010 Phoenix - Orion white wine.  A dry white wine from a blend of our own Phoenix and Orion  grapes, cool fermented to preserve the fruit flavours. Winner of a  Bronze Medal in the English and Welsh Wine of the Year Competition held in June 2011 with these tasting comments: 

" very pale lemon, green hint. Very green fruited, flowery, estery. Lemon-lime on the palate, very crisp acidity, fair balance, light body, moderate length"

2010 Rose.  A fresh dry rose made from a blend of our Rondo and Regent grapes, gently pressed to release colour from the prapes, then cool fermented and lightly filtered. Highly Commended in the South West Vineyards Association annual competition in September 2011

2006 Red wine.  A light 10% dry red wine from a blend of Rondo and Regent grapes. Fermented on their skins to extract colour, and after winemaking matured in used French oak barrels to allow the wine to breathe and mature before bottling.
