About Bosue Vineyard

Owned and run by Paul and Liz Sibley, Bosue Vineyard is situated just outside St. Ewe, near St. Austell on the south coast of Cornwall. The south facing slopes and mild Cornish climate perfectly suit the varieties of Rondo, Regent, Phoenix and Orion Grapes.

Bosue Vineyard - the History

There has been a farm at Bosue for hundreds of years (the name Bosue in the Cornish language means "house of Ewe" - perhaps refering to the Saint Ewe?)  St Ewe is situated about two miles inland from the fishing village and harbour of Mevagissey, south of St Austell and to the east side of the Roseland Peninsula.  Bosue Vineyard is located approximately one mile North of St. Ewe village and close by are the Lost Gardens of Heligan.

We run Open Days throughout the year. If you would like to find out more, please visit our Open Days page, or contact us.

Cornish Wines from Cornish Vines

All the grapes we use are grown at Bosue, and following the completion of our winery in 2005/06, we now process the grapes here and all the wine is made and bottled here.

The only food miles the wine travels is to reach you!
